I try to do all my food making on the weekends during the day so I can get some great natural lighting.  So, on Friday I was talking with my good friend and coworker trying to brain storm ideas on what I should make this weekend.  I had mentioned that Adam wanted meatloaf and she had shared that she made them in a muffin pan because they cooked easier and quicker and where more bite size.
