So, here we are trying another one of Adam's ideas. This time it's a low carb, ketogenic diet to try and alleviate any overgrowth of bad bacteria in my intestines. We are trying this because fermented foods like kefir and kombucha cause me a little stress when consumed right now instead of being beneficial. Sounds yummy right!? Anyways the point to all this is that avocados have become a new favorite fatty food of mine. Therefore, today I have an easy guacamole recipe to share with all of you!
Howdy Readers, Adam here! I don't make too many posts here on A Dash of Delish but I wanted to take the time to let you all know why there hasn't been many posts from us this past week. The reason is as you may have guessed is that we are moving! Not the web-host or domain but our actual physical location is moving! Hey everyone I’m trying out something new today by writing
for my friends at Pairdd! We came
up with this one together thinking it might be helpful to have some snack ideas
for when you are on the go. With
spring just around the corner it seems that life always starts to get busier as
the snow melts.
Sometimes I sure do things a little last minute…like document and write my blogs the night before. What can I say though! I'm a busy person like I'm sure a lot of you are as well. Because I'm so busy it also makes me really tired so I'm one of those if I don't get 8 hours or more of sleep I become very cranky! Where I'm going with all of this is sometimes I don't have time to make breakfast or homemade snacks which led me to Larabars.
Hey everyone, this is another one of those recipes that I learned during our 30 day diet reset! Which it seems that's going to be the trend this week because Thursday's post will also be one of Chris Kresser's. This recipe is amazing! It legitimately taste like the real deal. Who would have guessed!? Not me! There are no beans in this recipe no beans at all…instead it is zucchini!
These kale chips were my second attempt at making a snack that tastes decent but is still healthy for you. My first attempt was at making nori chips. If you have no idea what they are that's okay because I didn't either until today. Basically it was chips made from seaweed!
