Happy New Year to all!!!  Here I am again being behind on getting this post out but to my defense I am as sick as can be and have been for about a week now.  Anytime this cold wants to clear out of my system would be great.  But hey, a cold has never listened to me in the past so why would it now…just taking it's sweet 'ol time.  Sigh!

There aren't many things that beat a nice crunchy delicious chip!  Whether you like veggie chips, potato chips, or tortilla chips.  They are great on their own or they are great when dipped into the plethora of dip options that we have today.
