Hey everyone! I just wanted to do a quick blog with a recipe for an all purpose flour mix that I use for most of my baking. In the past, I have linked to a flour mix that I used in a pie recipe but this one is a little more well rounded and able to be used for all types of recipes.
A few weeks ago we bought too many bananas for us to eat. Two of them where getting really ripe, too ripe to eat. I've been wanting to make banana bread for a while now so it was the perfect situation. I put them in the freezer and thats where they sat until this past weekend!
It doesn't get much better than having fresh out of the oven steaming, gooey, chocolate chip cookies. Dipping them in milk is just the icing on the cake. Then to go on to tell you that these cookies are virtually guilt free... I don't know what that would even be equivalent to.
