So, here we are trying another one of Adam's ideas. This time it's a low carb, ketogenic diet to try and alleviate any overgrowth of bad bacteria in my intestines. We are trying this because fermented foods like kefir and kombucha cause me a little stress when consumed right now instead of being beneficial. Sounds yummy right!? Anyways the point to all this is that avocados have become a new favorite fatty food of mine. Therefore, today I have an easy guacamole recipe to share with all of you!
WOW! I can not believe that it has been over a month since I have done a blog post! First off, I do apologize for such a long absence. I would like to say that I was so dang busy that I couldn't do any posts but that wouldn't be completely true. I guess life just took over a little bit and I got distracted from my blogging.
