So, here we are trying another one of Adam's ideas. This time it's a low carb, ketogenic diet to try and alleviate any overgrowth of bad bacteria in my intestines. We are trying this because fermented foods like kefir and kombucha cause me a little stress when consumed right now instead of being beneficial. Sounds yummy right!?
