As promised... new (and much better photos)!!
Okay guys so I'm just going to point this out so you guys don't have too... my pictures for this post are terrible!! I'm embarrassed to even use them!!  However, the food the is very, very good and I just had to make do with what I had so that I could still share this recipe with all y'all.  Who knows too, maybe I will even make this again next week and retake some of my pictures!  Moving forward...these burgers are sooooooo good!!

I started taking pictures of this food after I was already mid-way through preparing part of the meal. I was not planning on using this as a recipe but then as I was just randomly throwing food that we had around the house into a bowl to mix into our burgers I though hey this might actually turn out kinda good...and it sure did!  I probably just made Adam irritated (who edits all my blogs) by starting a sentence with 'and' but (hehe) it's a blog so I can be relaxed in my style of writing. Besides, he will probably just edit that part out.

If any of you actually follow my blog you know that I've recently moved to Miami from Wisconsin, crazy I know!!  We have finally (after being here for 2 months) had our first and last it seems nice day.  Which means there was a day with low humidity and a high of only in the mid-eighties.  I totally feel like I could be a weather caster here because that's how obsessed I am about waiting for some relief from the 100+ degree, hi-humidity & heat index dog days.  I am also becoming a pro at job interviews! ;)  Just had my second on for a position at Anthropologie and have been invited back for a third!  Few!  Anyways, I hope that this works out because who doesn't love Anthropologie right!? Adam says he only loves anthropology.

  • 1/4 c cheese (I used pepperjack)

METHOD:
  1. Finely chop cheese, spinach, onion, and garlic.  Place into a medium sized bowl.
  2. Add egg and salt and pepper then mix together.
  3. Add you hamburger meat and just dig in with your hands to mix together.  Once all mixed into the hamburger meat evenly make your 2 hamburger patties.
  4. At this point prep whatever else you may be having as a side (I did roasted garlic and rosemary carrots because I thought it would be a good compliment)
  5. Heat a tablespoon of oil or so in a pan (I always have to use my cast iron!) on medium-high heat.
  6. Add your hamburger patties and sprinkle the side up with Lawry's.  Then once you flip sprinkle the other side with Lawry's as well.
  7. I will not tell you how long to cook them because it will vary depending if your the type that likes them practically raw to super done!
  8. Cook your side at the same time.
  9. EnJoY!!
