Hiiiiiii! I was watching Jeopardy last night and on the show was a category of cooking terms. The word that caught my attention was "what is Julienne". Which I didn't know so for those of you who don't know too it's "To cut into long, thin strips, matchstick like in shape." I was totally going to share another recipe with you all today - I swear! - but I though hey as an amateur food blogger the only way I'm going to up my game is with a little education.
I just can't get over how cute my kinda new puppy is!
