Can I just say that I have missed you guys so much!? My computer has been out of commission for almost 2 weeks now. 2 whole weeks where I haven't been able to blog! Last night we had a 9:45 pm appointment at Apple. Yes, that's how late the appointment was for real. They decided since they don't know what the heck is going on that they are going to send my computer into Apple and once it comes back it is going to be guaranteed to work!

Well hello everyone! Today I have for you a delicious main dish that has been sitting in my un-blogged photo bank for quite some time. You may ask why have I waited so long to share this? Unfortunately I don't have a good answer to that question! Especially since I think this is the best lamb dish we have made to date. Somehow it got bypassed several times and then forgotten!

I'm sitting here re-watching The Glades -- yeah-yeah-yeah what can I say I like the show even though must of you may have never heard of it because it was canceled! -- However, I'm eating some delicious banana bread and thinking about what I would like make next. I smelt some amazing bagels this morning while walking my dog. So, that's one possibility. Experimenting with some gluten-free bagels perhaps. Or...I've also been craving some grilled cheese and tomato soup for like 3 weeks now! So, that's another possibility!
