Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Mix

- 1 c White Rice Flour
- 1/2 c Sweet Sourgum Flour
- 1/2 c Tapioca Starch or Potato Starch
- 1/2 c Brown Rice Flour
- 3/4 c Almond Flour...or Coconut Flour...or more White Rice Flour
YIELD: 3 & 1/4 cups
METHOD:
- Depending on what container you want to store it in, you may want to mix it in something else first. In my case I mixed it all very well in a large bowl.
- Then you just dump it in an air tight container to store it
- Feel free to double or even triple this recipe depending on how long you would like it to last.
